1- Sea cargo:
* This quote is on a spot pricing basis; the rate is only valid for 24 hours and requires confirmation at time of booking.
* Once booking has been placed with UCU a £300 cancellation charge relating to the freight will apply should the booking be cancelled.
* Please note that if the loading schedule / sailing schedule is changed then an amendment fee from the carrier will also apply. * Please ensure prior to loading that any cargo being shipped comply with both country of export and destination country requirements.
2- Air cargo:
* Once your invoices issued the details of Bill of Lading cannot be amended unless a fee of £120 is paid for air cargo.
* Any aerosols, perfumes or any pressurised or flammable liquid contents are serious hazard,
* If found without relevant documentation your consignment will be held and charged a £1000 disposal fee.
3 - General:
* The customs clearance duties, local government taxes and formalities are the receiver’s responsibilities.
* Arrival dates are not guaranteed, as cargo flights, vessels and trucks are dependent on cargo traffic.
* Ensure that your consignment is properly packed and sealed as carriers will not take responsibility for any damage.
*  The customer will carry full legal and formal responsibility for the content of the shipment as stated in this shipment form.  
* In any Force majeure circumstances UCU is exempt from any legal obligations beyond their control.
* The shipment is subject to the company's (Amanah Rules), which we have an obligatory right to keep the cargo safe as much as possible, without having to guarantee it without insurance.
* No insurance is included; the customer can request the service from the company if it is available for them.
* We advise that you check your cargo at the airport or seaport before taking it home.
* The payment is non-refundable unless there is a failure to provide the services from UCU.
* In the event of the customer providing and reasonable excuse for the refund, accepted by UCU, he has the right to exchange payment to another cargo service.
